Product Overview
This spray gun is designed for use with the quick-change adapter plates. You may choose between an aluminum plate and a low-profile plate made of stainless steel. Regardless of which material configuration might be used (branch line or recirculating), the plate permits all connection variations. Selection from three nozzle and air cap systems: standard system, HVLP and HVLP Plus.
The innovative HVLP Plus nozzle and air cap system offers the finest atomisation at high working speeds and excellent application efficiency. Material savings of up to 30%. Nozzles are available in twelve sizes. The complete forward section of the PILOT WA 900, along with the nozzle and the material needle, are fabricated from stainless steel. Water-based and aggressive or corrosive media can be handled without difficulty. Compact design, low weight Easy to clean: The body of the spray gun is finished with PTFE.
