Spray Adhesive System Products
Although having visual similarities and operation to conventional spray guns, adhesive spray guns are specifically internally engineered to cope with the needs of the process.
In addition to offering spray guns that exactly meet the adhesive specification in order to maximise the application technique, we can also supply a customised system to deliver the adhesive to the spray guns.
As with the spray gun, systems are designed exactly to meet the characteristics of the adhesive in order to offer the perfect application technique, which both boosts process reliability and reduces material consumption.
Systems can be integrated into an existing control process or custom designed to meet customer specific requirements.
System can be configured for applying both solvent based and dispersion adhesives, these include both single and 2 component materials.
System can be either manual or automatic, consisting of single or multiple gun arrangements.
System can be fed from either a pressure tank or diaphragm / piston pump arrangement. In either case system can be designed to accommodate original adhesive container.
Systems operating with shear sensitive dispersion adhesives would always be fed from pressure tanks to avoid the negative pulsating effect of pumps on the adhesive.
These tanks as with the systems can be custom designed to meet the requirements of the material to be conveyed.
Options include high and low level sensors and manual, pneumatic or electric agitators.
