Lubrication by definition is the process of applying a substance to a system or component in order to minimise friction and allow smooth movement.
By utilising a Spray System as well as reducing the amount of lubricant required we can also achieve repeatable accurate application.
Complete systems are available for spraying lubricating products to variety of industrial applications.
These range from single gun for individual component lubrication to multi gun fully integrated mould release systems.
Systems can either manual or automatic, consisting of single or multiple gun arrangements.
System can be integrated into existing process or designed to meet customer specific requirements.
System can be fed from either a pressure tank or diaphragm / piston pump arrangement.
In either case system can be designed to accommodate original container.
Pressure tanks as with the systems can be custom designed to meet the requirements of the material to be conveyed.
Options include high and low level sensors and manual, pneumatic or electric agitators.
